  • 1 Original bagel, halved (115g)
  • 2 tblsp cream cheese (30g)
  • 1 tblsp blueberry jam or compote (15g)

Serves 1


  • Whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer then stir in the compote.
  • Toast the bagel then spread the cream cheese mix on the inside of each half.
