Ingredients

  • 1 Croll, halved (64g)
  • 1 sausage pattie, cooked (60g)
  • 1 free range egg (42g)
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup (10g)
  • 1 tsp butter (5g)
  • 2 tsp oil for frying

Serves 1

Method

  • Fry the egg in a small frying pan.
  • In the meantime warm the Croll in a toaster or under a grill for a minute before spreading the butter on the bottom slice.
  • Layer the sausage pattie, egg and cheese and finish with the tomato ketchup and Croll top.
