  • 1 Original bagel, halved (115g)
  • 3 slices smoked salmon, halved (150g)
  • 2 tblsp cream cheese (30g)
  • 5 slices red onion
  • ½ tsp chopped chives
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon

Serves 1


  • Spread the bottom of the bagel with the cream cheese.
  • Layer with the smoked salmon and red onion then finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, chopped chives and a squeeze of lemon.
  • Top with the other half of the bagel.
