  • 1 Croll, halved (64g)
  • 2 tblsp crème fraiche (30g)
  • 2 strawberries
  • 4 raspberries
  • 6 blueberries
  • ½ tblsp honey for drizzling

Serves 1


  • Spread the crème fraiche on the base of the Croll then top with the berries and drizzle with honey.
  • Finish with the Croll top.
