Ingredients
- 1 Croll, halved (64g)
- 2 tblsp crème fraiche (30g)
- 2 strawberries
- 4 raspberries
- 6 blueberries
- ½ tblsp honey for drizzling
Serves 1
Method
- Spread the crème fraiche on the base of the Croll then top with the berries and drizzle with honey.
- Finish with the Croll top.
