New York Bakery Co.’s new Bagel Guide
New York Bakery Co. is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its new Bagel Guide on National Bagel Day (9th February 2018). The Guide is designed to help operators capitalise on the ‘bagel boom’ and tap into the increasing demand for bagels in the out-of-home market. Full of insight, tips and recipes to make it easy for operators to create on-trend bagel dishes and successfully implement them on menus.
Inspired by the big food trends of 2018, the Guide features recipes for American inspired dishes, Middle Eastern cuisine and vegetarian and vegan options. Tasty recipes include Lebanese Chicken, Vegan falafel with beetroot and carrot slaw and Classic Pastrami with a British twist.

Not only this, but the demand for American inspired dishes shows no sign of slowing down.
